Shipping And Delivery

Thanks for stopping by! All you need to know about our delivery times can be found right on this page: All orders for Nairobi & Kiambu Counties are processed within Hours. NB: Orders which are placed before 12 noon, They will be delivered the same day, and Orders which are placed past 12:30 pm,will be delivered the next day. Orders from the rest of the Counties will be processed within 24 hrs.  The delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes the first attempt(call) to deliver to you. *Only 3 attempts(calls) will be done for delivery and  if you will not answer your phone the delivery will be cancelled as agreed, and the second delivery you will have to pay for it. The orders will be canceled after 2 days if not collected at Our Pick-Up Point ( Commonwealth House 4th Floor, Suite 402) . NO REFUND . If there will be a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Working Days:  Monday – Saturday 8 am to 5:30 pm and do not include Sunday or Public holidays.

  • Mt Kenya Region counties    ( Embu, Kirinyaga,Meru,Muranga,Nyeri,Tharaka Nithi) =Delivery/Shipping Fee Ksh 380- Ksh 500 .The charges depends with the location to be delivered (Same-Day Shipping ) Order placed Before 12:30 pm.   • Lake Region Counties    (Homabay,Kisumu,Migori,Siaya) – Delivery/ Shipping Fee Ksh 300-Ksh 600 .The charges depends with the location to be delivered. To ensure you receive your order the next day, please place your order by 3:00 pm.

Our team will SMS/email you a tracking number so that you can follow up with Fargo Courier.

Please note that Fargo Courier delivers items only to locations that are within a 10km radius of the town. In the event that the address is outside their delivery radius, or in case the package is not delivered at the stated address, the recipient will have to collect the parcel from their offices in the town.

Fargo Courier does not have a specific delivery timeline. However, there might be delays and deliveries may take an extra day to be delivered, between 9 am and 4 pm.

Special circumstances 

For certain products, same-day delivery may not be possible. In such situations, we will communicate in good time and you will receive your order the following day.

For deliveries outside Nairobi with vague delivery details, the Fargo Courier team will not be able to deliver and the recipient will be required to pick the items from their offices in the town to the item is meant to be delivered.

Cross Border Orders { International Orders}  will be processed & shipped within 24 hours. We will be ship via selected Shipping company and Send you the Tracking Number.

NB ; PLEASE NOTE ONCE GOODS ARE SHIPPED VIA  THIRD PARTY SHIPPING COMPANY,SHOP-GONATURAL  LIABILITY TERMINATES AT THAT POINT AND CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY CLAIMS DEPARTMENT.
