Step One – Browse and Search

Browse our online store at SHOP-GO NATURAL

Search for the product you looking for via our search bar, category menu, or side navigation bar

Once you found what you looking for, select your product, then add it to the cart.

Step Two – Add to cart

If you purchasing more than one product, remember you can continue browsing and adding products to your cart.

After you selected all your products and added to the cart.

Head over to the shopping cart and proceed to check out.

Step Three – Profile

If you’re already a registered customer you may proceed to login to your profile account.

If you are not registered, proceed to create a new account.

Step Four – Checkout

At the checkout page, you will be requested to complete the below details:

1. Personal information
2. Select your Shipping method and input your shipping address
   1. Delivery to home or work address
3. Select your payment method
   1. Debit card
   2. Mobile Money (M-PESA)
4. Review your details and order
5. Confirm and place the order

Step Five – Await your order

The order number will be sent immediately via text/email once your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

If you placed the order before 2 pm it will be delivered the same day, if you are in Nairobi County. If you are not in Nairobi, It will be shipped the same day via our associate’s courier services eg Easy Coach , Wells Fargo,G4S, etc.

If you place the order after 2 pm , it will be delivered or shipped the next day.

Delivery takes between 1 hr – 5 working days depending on the delivery Location.

Tracking details will be sent via email once payment has been processed.
